Payment Methods

Builtlane.com offers a variety of payment options, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All credit/debit card details are kept confidential. Builtlane Pvt. Ltd. and our payment gateways ensure the security of your card information through encryption.

  • No Hidden Charges: The prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. The price displayed on the product page is exactly what you pay.
  • Accepted Cards: We accept VISA and MasterCard for both Indian and foreign cards. However, international transactions are not supported. The purchase limit is determined by your card issuer.

Shipping & Warranty Policies

All products sold on Builtlane.com come with the manufacturer’s warranty and will be serviced by the manufacturer.

  • Delivery Times:
    • 7-10 Business Days: Items marked as “In Stock” are typically delivered within 7-10 business days if serviced by the manufacturer’s channel partners. For locations outside these networks, delivery may take 10-15 business days. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered business days.
    • 21+ Business Days: Some products are imported and may take 21 or more days to arrive. The exact delivery time is displayed on the product page.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is unavailable, you can contact us, and we will notify you once it is back in stock.

Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the order details. Once the item is shipped, an additional email with shipping information will be sent.

If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified via SMS. All deliveries are processed through transport and channel partners. In areas without channel partners, local transport services will be used. For critical items, we will work with customers to arrange delivery at an alternate location.

Product Inspection & Warranty

  • Inspection at Delivery: Customers are required to inspect products at the time of delivery for any incidental damages. Only manufacturing defects will be accepted after delivery and payment are completed.
  • Warranty Terms: Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, following Builtlane Pvt. Ltd.’s policies.

Pricing & Availability

  • Final Price: The price listed on the website is final and includes all taxes.
  • Shipping Timelines:
    • Items marked “In Stock” are typically shipped within 12-15 business days.
    • Items requiring procurement or import may take 6-8 weeks.
  • Unavailable Items: If an item is unavailable, Builtlane.com will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

In the event of pricing errors due to oversight, we will contact the customer to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

International Orders & Shipping

Builtlane.com does not offer international shipping. However, orders can be placed from anywhere in India.
